About the play : Magnet Theatre, a Cape Town based high profile physical Theatre Company, has been active for the last twenty two years. The play Every Year, Every Day I am Walking is Magnet Theatre’s latest creation. It traces the story of a young refugee in Africa who loses family and home brutally and irrevocably and is forced to displace to different areas due to many dangers and uncertainties. It is a piece about dislocation, about what home means, about Africa, about loss and about the first tentative steps towards healing and recovery."

About the play : Macbeki is the story of one leader making way for another Pieter-Dirk Uys has taken his main inspiration from Shakespeare’s MACBETH. The Young Lord Mac Beki who with his companion Lady Manto, guide their ambitions towards absolute power. The pretender to the throne, Lord Mac Zum gathers strength and support. Confrontations became more ominous and inevitable."
